I saw this family in Hue, Vietnam during the short visit in January 2008. She has to stay at the centre because it is cheaper for her to feed her son and care for him, instead of paying for a carer. The facilities are below par and we get a chance to visit this centre and put a smile to the faces of all the kids, this July.
